Plank Designs creates digital products for creators, including:

• Website landing pages (built with Framer, HTML/Tailwind, and soon React, Next.js, and Astro)
• Framer plugins (coming soon)
• Browser extensions (coming soon)
• Icon packs (coming soon)

These Terms of Service apply to all current and future products and services offered by Plank Designs.

Each purchase grants a single-user license. For team or enterprise use, please contact us for appropriate licensing.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital product:

• Framer Templates: A direct link to "Remix" the template in Framer, granting you full editing rights.
• HTML/Tailwind Templates: A ZIP file containing source code, assets, and documentation.
• Future Products: Similar digital delivery methods for plugins, extensions, and icon packs.

Delivery is typically instant upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact support.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we stand behind our work:

• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product as described, we will work with you to resolve it.
• If a file is corrupt or defective, we will provide a replacement immediately.
• If we cannot resolve a legitimate technical issue, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion.

Please review all product details, previews, and documentation before purchasing. Contact us with any questions before buying.

Plank Designs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our products, including all intellectual property rights. This includes:

• The underlying design, layout, and structure of our templates.
• Custom code, components, and functionality we create.
• Original graphics, icons, and visual elements.

When you purchase a product, you are purchasing a license to use it—not ownership of the intellectual property itself.

Our products may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms:

• Framer: Our Framer templates require a Framer account to use. You must comply with Framer's terms of service.
• Payment Processors: Transactions are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store payment details.
• Hosting Providers: If you deploy our HTML templates, you are responsible for your hosting arrangements.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms, including downtime, policy changes, or service discontinuation.

Plank Designs is based in South Africa, and our products are used worldwide. By using our services:

• You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of our products does not violate any laws where you operate.
• We make no representations that our products are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
• We comply with South African law (including POPIA) and applicable international data protection regulations where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plank Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or content created using our products.
• Downtime or technical issues with third-party platforms.
• Any claims arising from your use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product in question.

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the products will meet your specific requirements.
• Warranties that the products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our templates will function perfectly in every possible use case or environment.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

We also reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time. For purchased products, we will continue to provide access to your purchased files, but may discontinue sales of older versions.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when revisions were made.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of South Africa.

For consumers in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws may apply instead of this section.
